Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure you received your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect data entry.

FedEx Deliveries required Signed Signature. In the event, no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After 2-3 attempt delivery, the package will be return to us. Recipient will be responsible for the fees involved.

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box, APO or FPO address.

Orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping Via FedEx. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered.

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from FedEx with the tracking number once the order ships.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order.

*IMPORTATION: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs tax or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
